As from Atlas 4.1 we are providing reliable data on the usage of your Atlas instance via Pendo.
We started already with developing some ideas in Atlas 4.3, but from Atlas 5.0 we will go a step further and we'll start enabling Pendo Guides on request.
What are Pendo Guides?
Pendo Guides are short guides we display to help your users in different scenarios like:

On boarding: Elevate the onboarding process for your intranet users through in-app guidance and ensure a smooth transition and maximizing user adoption.
For example: The first time a user connects to ConneX this short guide can be shown

NPS: Gauge the overall satisfaction of your users with our powerful NPS metric. By asking a simple question you can obtain valuable insights into user sentiments.
This is the NPS guide we have created and we are considering to implement a few different versions with some different wording
- βNew Features: Stay ahead of the game with our latest Atlas release, brimming with innovative features. Our in-app guides empower you to effortlessly explore and leverage new functionalities from day one.
β - Training: Educate your users at scale and proficiency, with comprehensive training resources on the Atlas platform.

How will we provide the FREE Pendo Guides? Limitations
To make this work for all our clients we need to make sure we stick to some clear implementation guidelines:
- Atlas-Centric Scope: The guides primarily emphasize the functionalities of Atlas, ensuring comprehensive coverage of its core features. The focus remains on Atlas capabilities, distinct from SharePoint.
- Feature Approach: The guides detail the core attributes of Atlas, accompanied by dedicated sections for the introduction of each new feature introduced through subsequent releases. This ensures users stay informed about the evolving functionalities.
- Limited Customization: Pendo.io Guides within Atlas come with a constraint in customization options for customers. Both the style and content of the guides are pre-defined, restricting the ability to tailor them to specific branding or content preferences.
How to get Pendo Guides enabled for you?
This is the easy part.
Just raise a ticket on Zendesk and we will enable the guides you have chosen from the catalog below on your tenant for FREE.
Let us know what tenant you want to enable the guides on (this can be done separately for PROD or NON-PROD if required), list the guides you want to enable and let us know from what date you want to enable them.

Can you get CUSTOM Pendo Guides specifically for your tenant?
Well, the answer to this is YES, but there are some commercials attached.
