AI Assistant
AI Assistant is a private and secure AI that helps employees to chat with tailored company information and create content easily from any Atlas Workspaces.
Admins have control of what users can access the AI Assistant, how many requests can do each month and adjust the output of the AI Assistant, like the tone, usage restrictions and rules by updating the system prompt that is included in all the requests.
The AI Assistant can find company information, summarize, translate, improve grammar and vocabulary, classify and other use cases thanks to Generative AI with GPT-4.
Chat
Use AI Assistant to talk with your organization knowledge.
The chat functionality of the AI Assistant allows to have a conversational experience with selected organizational data to ensure accurate answers.
AI Assistant chat can also help you to understand better the knowledge of your organization, summarizing, simplifying the language, translating, and more.
Create Content
Use AI Assistant to create an initial draft with a simple instruction.
AI Assistant has the context of your actual page that you are editing to adjust the draft to the information type and subjects of the page and has access to the company data to introduce relevant facts. Adjust this settings if required with a few clicks and regenerate to discover other possibilities.
Once generated, insert the content into the page with only one click, or copy it to your clipboard to keep working in another place.
Knowledge Base Template
Be AI-Ready with the new Knowledge Base Workspace template, now available for provisioning with ConneX. This template introduces specialized content types – "Knowledge Base Page" and "Knowledge Base Document" – each enhanced with a grading column to assess the value of shared knowledge.
Craft a centralized hub for your information with two new page templates designed for clarity and ease of access: the Directory template organizes your resources for quick retrieval, while the Subject template allows for thematic grouping of knowledge.
Microsoft Search on In Focus
The Microsoft Search data source on In Focus has been upgraded for simpler setup.
A new "Result Source" setting now enables easy configuration of the web part using predefined SharePoint Search queries and allows the creation of new ones accessible to the entire organization.
Microsoft Search has enhanced enterprise search capabilities, including spell check and connectivity to external data sources.
Search Improvements
Spell check
We have deployed several new features to enhance your search experience.
In Focus web parts, when powered by Microsoft Search, now offer spell check suggestions. These intelligent prompts refine your search queries, presenting alternative questions when the current results are sparse. Furthermore, spell check corrections now operate seamlessly, guiding you to the accurate keyword without manual input. Each 'In Focus' web part allows individual configuration settings, granting you tailored control.
Partial Keyword Search
Additionally, we've unlocked the capability for partial keyword search, ensuring you can still find what you're looking for, even if you only remember part of a word.
Administrators can customize this functionality through the tenant properties list, ensuring a search experience that's both flexible and precise.
