1.1 What is Atlas Feedback used for?
Atlas Feedback allows you to submit suggestions for improvements to Atlas and search for and support existing ideas.
1.2 How do I open Pendo Feedback?
You can use this website link to get to Atlas Feedback: https://feedback.atlasdigitalworkplace.com/
Use the same email address on which you received the Atlas Feedback invitation. If you forgot your password or this is your first time on the platform, you can reset it once you enter your email address.
1.3 How do I use Atlas Feedback?
Atlas Feedback lets you create suggestions or see and vote on what other users have suggested.
On the dashboard, you can give a suggestion and get an overview of the current submissions and how you voted and ranked them.
Use the left navigation to explore what suggestions are already released, in the “Releases” section, and what’s coming next.
You can use filters to choose a specific product area:
1.4 Making a suggestion
You can submit a suggestion by going into the Dashboard and clicking Make a Suggestion.
You will navigate to the Submit Request form. In this form you will have to fill out the following information:
- What is your problem or request? If there is a suggestion that matches/is similar then this will be displayed as below in the results. You can vote for the proposed suggestion or continue to open a new one.
- What are you trying to achieve?
- What is your current work around? (optional)
- Upload Files
- Select Product Area (optional)
Your suggestion will now be sent through to our Atlas Team and it will be visible to other Atlas customers for them to vote.
1.5 How do I Vote for an idea?
In the dashboard, you can find a section called “Suggested by Others” with a list of other customers' suggestions. You can vote by clicking on the thumbs-up button or “Zzz” button if you are not interested in the suggestion.
You can click on the Title to read the details of the suggestion where you can also find these two actions or leave comments with your specific needs.
If you change your mind, you can always click again to the button to remove your vote.
If you want to receive email updates about status updates of the idea, you can subscribe to notification by clicking “Subscribe to this”.

1.6 How do I View & Comment on an idea?
To view an idea:
- Click on the Title for the idea
- Add a comment by clicking into the Add a comment box and typing
- Post Comment - This will add your comment to the idea
Please note that your name and last name will be anonymized to other customers, but ClearPeople team will be able to see it.
1.7 How do I prioritize my suggestions?
You can prioritize what suggestions are more important to you from the ones that you submitted or voted.
Go to the dashboard, find the My Priorities table, and use the slider to increase the suggestions with higher priority and reduce the slider for the less important ones.
