Enhancements to Mandatory Reads (Atlas 5.4+)

The Mandatory Reads feature has been significantly enhanced to support metadata filters, site scope and hiding previously read documents from the list, providing users with a more targeted and relevant content experience.

Editors can now set up tags to filter Mandatory Reads content, ensuring that only the most pertinent information is displayed based on metadata tags and workspace permissions.

Additionally, users can view mandatory read items specific to their current workspace or across all workspaces, depending on the configuration. This improvement ensures that assigned, active mandatory reads are consistently visible, keeping users informed and focused on essential content.
