AI-first Knowledge Experiences & Seamless Search​

With this version we deliver a powerful combination of Intelligent Knowledge Studio capabilities, a next-generation AI Assistant and a refreshed In Focus experience. Collectively, these advances make it easier than ever to curate knowledge across systems, surface richer insights and engage users through intuitive, personalized tools.​

Key pillars of the release include:​

• Intelligent Knowledge Studio with SmartHub external sources: bring Salesforce, iManage and more, straight into Knowledge Collections via a no-code picker.​
• AI Assistant UI Updates: Chat history and archive, full-screen mode, sources explorer and user-context tokens.​
• Reasoning-class models: Register o3 or o4-mini as first-class deployment options, complete with reasoning effort-level settings.​
• Custom layouts for In Focus: New List and Card item styles with flexible field-mapping, branding and expandable metadata, giving editors “pixel-level” control.​
• Streamlined search: Optional auto-expanded header search box plus admin toggles to treat “_” and “-” as word-breaks, aligning query behavior with indexing.​
• Operational confidence: A new CSV report flags every Atlas page still using legacy In Focus or legacy Useful Links web parts, enabling data-driven migration planning.​

• Search Query Customization: Optional replacement of “_” and “-” with spaces prior to execution of search queries (new optional setting).​
• Legacy web parts usage report: See exactly which pages still rely on legacy web parts. Plan data-driven upgrades confidently.​
• Reasoning-class AI models: Support for reasoning models like o3 or o4-mini with adjustable reasoning effort levels. Atlas Fuse now reasons through your knowledge.
