From Atlas 6.1 onwards, Tenant Properties have been moved into the Atlas Header UI under the Atlas button. They are now known as Settings rather than Tenant Properties:
Using the new menu
You can see all the settings listed in the menu, but there are a lot. You can use the search box to search for keywords, or you can use the Group dropdown to filter by the different groups applied to each setting:

In this section we will list every setting available through this menu. This is a long list, correct as of Atlas 6.1. We will list each setting under it's group. These are listed in the same order as found in the Atlas Settings UI.
AI
| Atlas AI auditing workspace | Url of the AI auditing workspace where sync logs and feedback reports are stored. |
| Open AI API Version | Version of the Open AI API used by Atlas. |
Include summaries when indexing AI content |
If true, during the indexing process a summary will be generated for each chunk and indexed. |
| Maximum number of libraries per Knowledge Collection | Determines the maximum number of libraries that can be selected for a single knowledge collection in IKS. |
| IKS Knowledge Collections Index Name | Azure Search index that contains all knowledge collection names for IKS. |
| IKS AI Content Index Name | Azure Search index that contains all indexed knowledge for IKS. |
| System prompt | An initial input given to the model to guide the generation of text that is always included in each request. |
| Non strict grounding system prompt | Part of the system prompt used when a Knowledge Collection is configured to use non strict grounding. |
| Post user query system prompt | This is added after the user query on every single message the user sends to the AI Assistant. |
| Strict grounding system prompt | Part of the system prompt used when a Knowledge Collection is configured to use strict grounding. |

| Non trusted external users home site page URL | Absolute path to the Atlas home site collection used for external users that are not members of the trusted external users group. |
| ConneX tagging controls | This setting determines if taxonomy tagging controls are shown or not in the ConneX provisioning form. |
| Trusted external users group id | Entra ID group id to trust external users in Atlas. |
General
| Home site page URL | Absolute path to the Atlas home site collection. |
| Pages tool bar hide New button | Hides New button from content OOTB page tool bar. |
| SharePoint Sidebar hide New button | Hides New button from the SharePoint OOTB sidebar. |
| Theme accent definition | Defines the accent theme colour for Atlas. |
Header and Navigation
| Header background image (Banner) | If enabled shows banner image from Atlas Assets as background in the header. |
| Header search experience | This controls if the search is showing as a full search box by default (true) or remains behind the magnifier glass icon (false). |
| Header highlighted items | Determine which items of the header are highlighted. |
| Launchpad text and icon | Configuration of text label and icon for the launchpad in the header. |
| Navigation font color | Sets the font colour of the navigation using a color hex code. |
| Navigation mode (Hover/Megamenu) | Display mode of the header navigation. Possible values: 'MegaMenu' or 'Hover'. |
| Navigation rows allowed | Number of rows allowed before the navigation scrolls. Any number of rows between 6 and 12 (valid numbers between 6 and 12, only integers, if the number is higher or lower it will use 6 or 12 depending if it is higher or lower). |
| Navigation security trimming | This controls if main navigation should be security trimmed or not. Impacts performance. |
| Add It text and icon (Header) | Configuration of text label and icon for Add It in the header. |
| Alerts styling (Header) | Configuration of text label, icon and styling of Alerts in the header. The icons need to be part of FluentUI. The time is specified in seconds. |
| Feedback text and icon (Header) | Configuration of text label and icon for Feedback in the header. |
| My Atlas text and icon (Header) | Configuration of text label and icon for My Atlas in the header. |
| Search text and icon (Header) | Configuration of text label and icon for Search in the header. |
Search
| Disable Microsoft 365 search box | Hides the Microsoft 365 search box from the top of newly created Atlas workspaces. True to hide it. |
| Enable multigeo search for In Focus | If true all In Focus queries are fanned out to all Geos available in the tenant. If false the queries are limited to the current Geo. |
| Enable partial keywords for In Focus | If true, In Focus will be auto-inserting a wildcard (*) after each search term (each word). |
| Replace '-' with space in queries for In Focus | If true, all hyphens entered by the user are replaced with spaces before submitting the search. |
| Replace '_' with space in queries for In Focus | If true, all underscores entered by the user are replaced with spaces before submitting the search. |
| Search scopes/verticals and groups | Define verticals and groups for the main search box in the Atlas header. |
| Search global synonyms | Select the term sets that should be used as source of synonyms for Atlas. |
Security
| Allowed Item Level Permissions in Add It | Displays user fields from Add it to apply custom permissions to the item. Possible values for Mode will be EditorsOnly, ReadersOnly, Both. |
| Allow Limit edit permissions in Add It | Limit edit permissions from Add it creation. |
| Enable script editor | This controls if the script editor is allowed to load scripts in Atlas workspaces. |
System
| Add It default url | Used in case quick-add-it.aspx page is not found in the current workspace. Usually the same page in Atlas Configuration. |
| Atlas build version | Atlas currently deployed build version. |
| Atlas Configuration team site URL | The deployed URL of the Atlas Configuration team site. |
| Atlas multigeo enabled regions | The list of multigeo regions where Atlas is deployed. |
Third Party
| Third party analytics script | Atlas Analytics Script allows you to insert in each Atlas page that includes the Atlas Header the tracking code of a third party analytics platform. Please, insert the Javascript code to be included inside a <script> tag. |
| Open Graph API ID | Open Graph API ID. Used by External Insights in Add It to gather information of external websites. |
| SmartHub API Client App Id | Client App Id of the SmartHub content API |
| SmartHub API Url | Endpoint of the SmartHub content API |
| SmartHub Document Preview API Url | Endpoint of the SmartHub document preview API |
