The Feedback form can be accessed from the Header in any page. In this article we explain how to control the feedback categories.

We can set up many feedback categories, each with a different email address, to route feedback for different aspects of the Intranet to the correct people or get specific feedback on the accuracy of information in different sections.
Add a Feedback category
To add feedback categories, first you will need to choose or create an email address to receive the feedback from this category.
Distribution Lists are supported, but please note that external email addresses are not supported.
- Navigate to the Atlas Configuration workspace and click the Feedback Subjects list in the left hand navigation.
- Click the + New button to add a new feedback category. A form will open on the right:
- Fill in the required fields Email and Subject (marked with *)
- Only one email address can be used at a time, but it is possible to use distribution lists and Teams Channel email addresses. Please ensure you do not provide external email addresses as they will not work, however external email addresses within a mailbox-activated distribution group will work.
In some Atlas versions you will also see the Global Taxonomy fields in the form, but these can always be ignored if shown:
- Click Save to add the new category. The new category should appear in the Feedback form after the user reloads the page.
Edit or Delete a Feedback category
To edit feedback categories, follow the following steps.
- Open the “Feedback Subjects" list in the Atlas Configuration workspace.
- Right click the item you want to modify, or click the 3 dots to open the same menu, then click Edit:
- Make your changes to the Subject and/or Email field and click Save.
To delete a category, find it as above, then instead of Edit click Delete.

Are the feedback topics universal across all Atlas sites, or can they be customized by site by using the metadata options?
Hi Linda, thanks for your question! Currently the feedback topics are going to be the same across all Atlas workspaces. If you'd like to be able to have specific topics on specific workspaces please submit this as a request on UserVoice and provide additional details about your use cases so we can consider building this in a future update.
