Try a skills exchange program, gardening tips, or a fitness challenge or introduce themed days of the week on your company intranet. "Throwback Thursday" is one of the most popular hashtags used on social media platforms. You can do a #PhotoFriday, #MondayMeals, or #80sDay something more specific to your company culture. Create a space or a discussion forum where employees can share their posts.
The ideas are endless. The important thing is to structure your content planning and to use your digital workspace to connect your co-workers.
