Add an External Insight using Add It

External Insights are created using Add It. First, click the Add It button in the top right of the page:

Once the wizard loads, confirm or choose the workspace you want to add it to. By default, Add It will choose the workspace you were in when you clicked the Add It button.

• To add an External Insight, choose External Insights:

• Next you'll fill in the required metadata. Start by pasting the URL to the external content and clicking the Load button:

• You'll need to verify the global tags, but this button will fill in the Title and Summary, as well as the Image which can be found under the Optional metadata:

• The default Date will be the current date, but you might want to change this to the date the article was published to the original source. Atlas will usually sort this content by Date.
• You can also set the Security settings to limit who can edit this specific item:

• Once you have filled in the form, click Submit to create your External Insight:
  
• After submitting, Add It will move you back to the previous stage in case you want to add more External Insights.
