Microsoft has made changes to the requirements for their Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) approach and due to this we're transitioning from CSP direct bill partner to CSP indirect reseller.
When Microsoft at the time launched their CSP platform we were one of the very first companies to be onboarded on that new platform and this is the reason why historically we've always been a Direct billing partner.
As direct CSP selling is not the focus of our business, we have now partnered with Vuzion, previously Cobweb, as our Indirect CSP Partner.
Vuzion is one of UK's leading managed cloud solution providers.
As of now all CSP licenses we purchases for our customer tenants will be provisioned via the Vuzion marketplace and we will transition all our existing customer CSP tenants into the indirect model in the upcoming weeks.
What is changing for our clients
For our clients nothing is really changing and the only thing you'll notice is that Vuzion (Cobweb) will be listed, together with ClearPeople, as CSP partner under the Partner Relationships page in M365 Admin Center and Microsoft Store for Business for the tenants we host for you on CSP.
The person that signed off the Microsoft Cloud Agreement will receive an email at the moment we transition the administration of the Azure subscription to Vuzion. The email will look like this
Vuzion, as mentioned above, is only involved in non-production environments we host for you on our tenant and in fact they'll not perform any action on the tenant. It will be us, ClearPeople, who will make any subscription changes when necessary but via the Vuzion marketplace.
As ClearPeople we're still providing all activities and support to our customers as before but we want you to be properly informed on this administrative change.
