Reviewing the MS 365 Admin portal link indicates that, for the ClearPeople tenant, this issue is now resolved. Please check this for your own tenant status
ClearPeople have raised a follow-up ticket directly with MicroSoft as, whilst this issue is marked resolved, we and our clients are still experiencing an issue where:
External visitors to ATLAS, when using the search function, are presented with a "500" error

We advice all our clients to review the health status of their tenant on the MS 365 Admin portal as multiple incidents have been reported
MS 365 Suite:
Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services
User Impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 services.
More info: Any service that leverages Azure Active Directory (AAD) may be affected.
While we’re focused on remediating all residual impact as soon as possible, some users may continue to experience the following:
Intune: Admins and users may intermittently experience the following scenarios:
-Admins may notice enrollment failures as devices retry enrollment
-Applications may not all be shown in the UX or users may see 401 errors
-Compliance checks may not be successful
-Exporting reports may fail -Admins may notice their tenant's device are not visible within the Intune admin portal
Microsoft Managed Desktop: Admins may be unable to perform actions within the
Microsoft Managed Desktop admin portal. In addition, this issue may impact end users' ability to interact with new Microsoft Managed Desktop devices.
PowerBI: Users leveraging Gen2 Premium capacities may see delayed load times.

OneNote: Users may see multiple authentication prompts or "permission denied" when opening notebooks via the Desktop app.
OneNote Online can be leveraged to workaround the issue. Office Web Applications: Users may notice general service degradation for Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Streams: Users may experience playback issues when using Microsoft Stream.

Users receive a blank page when attempting to restore file versions and open list attachments in SharePoint Online
User Impact: Users receive a blank page when attempting to restore previous file versions and open list attachments.

Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365 inaccessible
User Impact: Users may be unable to access the Dynamics 365 service. SUMMARY OF IMPACT: Starting at approximately 19:15 UTC on 15 Mar 2021, some customers may experience issues authenticating into Microsoft services, including Microsoft Teams, Office, Dynamics, Xbox Live, and the Azure Portal. Other Azure services that rely on authentication infrastructure downstream may see further impact.
