Our Flex Days packages are an easy way for our customers to purchase some additional availability from our team members to help our clients with their challenges.
Flex Days can be used for
- Additional and/or customized training sessions
- Bigger configuration changes not covered by the support agreement
- Additional CSM time
- Any ad-hoc work (no code changes!)
It is extremely important we keep our client's Atlas solution on the supported roadmap and therefore our Flex Days can NOT be used for any coding work impacting the customer's Atlas environment. Any changes to the standard Atlas implementation need to be evaluated by the Atlas development team to confirm the changes stay compatible with any future Atlas update.
Valid change requests will be added to the Atlas roadmap and implemented via the Atlas release cycle.
Flex Day conditions
- Flex Days can only be purchased in “Days” which correspond to 7.5 Hours.
- Flex Days are sold in packages of a minimum of 5 days.
- The full amount of the purchase needs to be paid in advance.
- Flex Days can only be used as soon as the invoice is effectively paid.
- Only clients with an ongoing support agreement are entitled to buy Flex.
- Flex days are valid until 1 year after the effective date of the Service Order and any unused hours will expire on the expiry date.
