In this article we want to describe the global approach for the initial Atlas Deployment, as there is some technical coordination required between the client and ClearPeople to ensure the deployment goes as smoothly as possible.

Overall approach
We provide all information and artefacts necessary to deploy Atlas to our clients so that their IT team can perform the necessary reviews and complete any technical pre-requisites.
ClearPeople will guide the clients through the deployment process by providing as much support and guidance as possible. Your implementation lead will help coordinate the full deployment act as a bridge to technical support.
Deployment Process
ClearPeople will provide any new client with a pre-requisites document, a runbook and also the deployment files. The runbook is the step by step guidance for the client's IT team on the technical implementation efforts, broken down into a series of tasks, complete with explanations and screenshots.
A form will also need to be completed which will contain the tenant and admin details for the deploymetn of the Atlas product. ClearPeople will produce a .csv file which we will send over which will link to the deployment scripts to ensure a smooth deployment to the 365 tenant.
We'll organise a "Technical Pre-requisites and planning call" with the technical owner at the client side to go over the runbook and provide clarification where necessary
As soon as the technical team at the client side is confident they understand the actions required their end they can start the first part of the runbook. We also provide a video recording of a deployment taking place, so the client's IT team can shadow a deployment in case they need extra support.
Any issues encountered or any queries can be raised with ClearPeople on the day of deployment for quick SLA support.
The steps are valid for each environment (UAT, PROD)
Remarks
Please keep in mind that each client environment has it's specifics and that also means we can't fully anticipate all possible scenario's, however we rarely encounter major issues if the pre-requisite document and Runbook are accurately followed.
The estimates given above assume the client has the necessary knowledgeable infrastructure experts in house who can understand the requirements listed in the runbook and the pre-requisites document and that those experts have decent understanding and insight in the security setup of the client tenant.
