This article explains how to use the templates dashboard to manage workspace templates in Atlas. Custom templates can be deleted or edited, but please bear in mind that to edit the workspace features and content for the template you will need to make those changes in the source workspace and then update the template.
For an overview of ConneX Studio as a whole please see here: ConneX Studio overview

Set default Owners, Members and Visitors
From Atlas 4.3 onwards you can set default Owners, Members and Visitors for each workspace template. For example if you need the whole PMO department to have visitor access to every project workspace which is provisioned, you can add an AD group e.g. "PMO Department Users" to the default visitors field. This helps to aid good governance as the required permissions are part of the template.
Delete a workspace template
To delete a custom template, click on the 3 dots (...) on the top right of the card then click Delete:
Please note that the out of the box Atlas templates cannot be deleted.
