This article is required for clients who were using the Connector before ATLAS 4.0.
This article assumes Atlas 4.0 is already installed into the client tenant.
In order to update the Atlas ConneX Connector, the Azure AD application called "Atlas ConneX API Client" must be created, so please, before following the below steps, you must complete the steps from this article Install Atlas.ConneX API Client – Atlas by ClearPeople (zendesk.com)
In order to update the existing connector, we would need to go to the Power Automate link , go to the Custom connectors section and edit the connector.
We would need to go the Security tab inside the connector
This section will be used to grant the access to the secured API. There are some fields that are already filled but we would need to complete/update Client Id, Client Secret, Resource URL and Enable on-behalf-of-login.
Client Id parameter: Atlas.ConneX API Client Azure AD application Id.
Client Secret parameter: This was generated in the Article called Install Atlas.ConneX API Client, if not with a Global Admin account you could create a secret to be used in the connector following the next steps.
Resource URL parameter: In order to get Resource URL, you would need to go to Atlas.ConneX API Client Azure AD application, click in API permissions and you will find the permission called Workspaces.FullControl.All, click into that permissions and you will see a url like this api://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/Workspaces.FullControl.All where you need to get just the id in the middle to add the value to the Resource URL field.
Enable on-behalf-of-login parameter: true
The final result should be as the following image
After that, you can click into the [Update connector] button.
Last step is to go to the Test section, click in New connection to create a new connection based on new details configured and try to launch a workspace creation, you can use the last part of this article where is explained it as well.
