Microsoft Viva Connections allows your organisation to display their version of ATLAS from within Teams. An example of what this can look like is shown below, where "ClearPeople" is the ATLAS Home workspace.
Your organisation can also mange who can see ATLAS via the use of a Teams setup policy. This policy will push the app to the App rail in the left-hand side of Teams. Before the policy can be created Viva Connections will need to have been set up. Further information can be found here.
You must have the permissions (or privileges) to the SharePoint and Microsoft Teams admin centre for your Organisation
To create the policy:
- Access The Teams Admin Centre
- Expand Teams Apps and select Setup Polices
- Click on Add
- Enter a name for the policy and add the apps (For example, ATLAS, Add It
- Save the policy.
The policy has now been created and needs to be assigned to users. It can be assigned to individuals or user groups. To assign to individuals use Manage policies:
