The Useful Links In Focus (Atlas) web part displays links to content either inside or outside of Atlas set by Content Managers across the system. Each workspace in Atlas has its own Useful Links list, but using this web part links can be returned from anywhere in Atlas depending on the tags used.
To add the web part to a page, edit the page, click the + to add a new web part, then search "useful" and choose the one not marked "legacy":
You will start with a view like this but of course you can modify layout, item styles, settings as with all In Focus web parts:

Custom configuration
