As Atlas is deployed in your Microsoft 365 tenant it's also important to assure you have a proper support plan with Microsoft in place.
ClearPeople will cover all support for Atlas via the normal support process but issues with Atlas can very well be related to problems on your Microsoft 365 tenant or Azure subscription.
At that point in time, we can't do that much unless advising you to raise a support ticket on your tenant to Microsoft and trying to help you in connecting to Microsoft Support.

From the currently offered support plans most of our clients we'd recommend signing up for the Professional Direct support plan.
We do NOT recommend the Standard Support plan because in case you have serious issues on your tenant you want to be able to escalate and have prioritized support. The standard support plan will give you no possibility to have your case prioritized which might lead to your issues being unattended for multiple days.
Azure support plans

Microsoft 365 and Azure are often used in conjunction but still are different products and therefore you need to ensure you also have a support and escalation capability in case you face issues on your Azure subscription(s).
As all our clients have production workloads inside their Azure subscriptions, we highly advice to have at least a Standard Azure support plan in place. This again will give you the capability to get proper support depending on the case severity.
If you need support for API, training, operations support or specific architecture support you can consider the Professional Direct support plan.
