Enabling Ideation from ConneX Studio

This article explains how to enable the Ideation Workspace Template for use in ConneX Studio. Please note that:

• The Ideation feature needs to be enabled by ClearPeople in your tenant since access to this is controlled by a feature flag.
• The Ideation template is only available for workspaces connected to a Team.

If you don't have ConneX Studio, this will need to be temporarily enabled in your tenant by ClearPeople. Once you have completed the instructions below, the Ideation workspace will be available from ConneX.

How to enable the Ideation Workspace Template from ConneX Studio

• From any Atlas workspace, click on the My Atlas button in the top right, then open Settings and click on ConneX Studio. This will load the templates available in your Atlas system.

• Click on the 3 dots (...) on the top right of the Ideas Workspace card:

• Click Edit to make changes to the template. A panel will open on the right-hand side which provides all the options for editing:

• Set the State to determine whether this template is available in ConneX. So to enable the template set it to "Enabled":

• Finally, click Save changes to update the template with your changes.

Workspace creators will now be able to view and access the Ideation Workspace template from ConneX.
