Introduce some relaxing moments via HoverPoint

At ClearPeople we make sure we provide our staff a good work-life balance but also during working hours there needs to be some room now and than to relax. having a few minutes to disconnect and not concentrating on work can be very beneficial.

In our modern virtual way of working, finding some time and initiatives for a less formal activity can be challenging but we want to give you some examples of how we try to combine some less serious moments whilst keeping Atlas at the core of what we do.

Here are some examples of how you could use HoverPoint to organise some funny and relaxing moments with your teams.

Pick a Tune

As mentioned already, now and then you need to be able to switch off for a few minutes so you can crack on fully again afterwards, and how better to do that than listening to your favourite music sipping your cup of coffee?

This HoverPoint use case is extremely simple where each audio tape image hides a HoverPoint that brings up a YouTube video with your favourite songs. 

As you can imagine this is something you can implement on individual basis but also on company level (have a workspace where you can add content for your team members to go to when they want to switch off for a few minutes). We show here an example with music but you could also connect to eBooks or whatever content people might be interested in.

HoverPoint Game

When you are fully remote it is important to organise some moments just to have fun all together. You can find a lot of ideas for online games but you can also combine that with HoverPoint.

Who doesn't know the game "Spot the Difference"? We've all played it in different occasions and versions but you can also do that during a relaxing session with your team.

Add 2 images on a page and give everybody a bit of time to come up with the answers. To review use HoverPoint and show the x differences.

Another example in the video shows a very crowded image and in that image you need to find something specific. Here again give everybody some time to search and to review use HoverPoint to provide the answer(s).
