This article lists the boundaries and limits for various Atlas features. There are a few types of limits to consider:
- Boundaries: Static limits that cannot be exceeded by design,
- Thresholds: Configurable limits that can be exceeded to accommodate specific requirements,
- Supported limits: A recommended number that has been set by default to a tested value that shouldn't be exceeded. If you exceed a supported limit, you might encounter unexpected results or see a significant decrease in performance.

Other limitations
- The severity name of the alert needs to be unique for the correct icon to appear. Example: Severity Info and Informational will have the same icon because both contains “Info”.
