At this time FAQs created using Add It do not provide the option to add images. We hope to improve this in a future update.

Before you begin, make sure the image you want to add is appropriately sized and optimised for web display. This helps maintain page performance and a good user experience.
How to add images to existing FAQs
Before you can add an image you will need to create your FAQ using Add It. Once done,....
- Access the FAQs list from Site contents
- Select the question you want to add the image to, click on the ellipsis (3 dots) and click Edit:
- On the edit screen, in the Answer field, click on the pencil icon:
- If you have the URL of the image you want to use, you can simply click the ellipsis in the top right while editing the answer and choose Insert image:
- If you intend to upload the image, click on the Return to classic experience link at the bottom of the edit panel:
- Click inside the text area to ensure all ribbon tabs are loaded, then click the Insert tab, then the Picture option, then click From Computer:

Click on Choose File, select the file you want to upload and then click OK:

Switch back to the Edit tab in the ribbon, then click Save to confirm the image upload:

Back on the Edit Answer panel, click on Save again:

You will be taken back to the Modern experience. click Save a final time (at either the top or bottom of the panel):
- Now when you see this FAQ, the image will be displayed in the answer as expected.
