Page "flashing" and reloading on Mobile advice
Our IT have identified a potential cause of some users experiencing several page refreshes while using a mobile device. It appears that these reloads are caused by a browser setting which blocks all third-party cookies.
If you configure your browser to allow third-party cookies this behaviour no longer seems to occur. Below are guidelines for accessing this in Chrome:
Settings > Privacy and Security > Third-party cookies > Allow third-party cookies
Your IT should be able to assist if this is something that is required across your organisation. We would encourage this for organisations which have a high percentage of mobile users to improve their experience.
