SSO for ClearPeople's Support portal is now LIVE!
On August 1st, 2024 we enabled Single Sign On (SSO) for accessing our Support portal (Atlas by ClearPeople (zendesk.com)) This change massively enhances security for our client-facing applications, and tightens the process around who can raise tickets.
The change came in two parts; First to register our existing client contacts so they can continue to raise official tickets (by emailing support@clearpeople.com for example) and second, to enable the SSO authentication, for if and when those contacts want to log in to our Support portal, by leveraging the security of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), using their own organisation credentials.
Other than that, it's pretty much as you were! This change does NOT affect access to our articles, which remain accessible to all your colleagues
